As a real estate advisor with Engel & Völkers Ocean Park, I focus on helping people make confident moves in Ocean Park, Crescent Beach, South Surrey and White Rock. I grew up in Ocean Park, and I still live and breathe this community every day. You can usually find me out on the trails from Sandy Trail down to Crescent Beachor looping through the paths near Elgin Heritage Park rain, shine, or snow. I walk my dog once or twice a day, often for more than an hour, sometimes two. Those daily walks keep me connected to how our neighbourhood actually lives and rests. I notice when it’s waking up, when it’s quiet, and how it shifts through the seasons. That lived in understanding shows up naturally in how I advise my clients.

Before real estate, I built a career in international telecommunications. I worked with companies like Global Crossing, AT&T and Téléglobe, managing carrier contracts across London,,and Canada. That background shaped how I negotiate, how I think strategically, and how I build long-term relationships. It also gave me a global perspective that blends seamlessly with Engel & Völkers’ international reach.

My role is simple: listen closely, guide clearly, and make the experience feel grounded. Whether someone is moving within the neighbourhood, relocating from out of province, or discovering Ocean Park for the first time, my goal is to help them feel confident in every step.
